They kept my car for 5 days saying they hadn’t pin pointed the issues on the test drives when they didn’t even test drive it. I was told my car was test drove 15 miles to make sure the issue was fixed. It was driven 1 mile.

Chad was awesome!! Accommodated me so well and was very sweet to let me go to the mall with one of the vehicles. Every time I go to Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad I am always left 100% satisfied!

Brought my Explorer Platinum in to reprogram the backup camera and the works package, and was asked if they could keep it over night. I agreed but then you kept the vehicle a week…. With very little to no communication with me as to when it would be ready. Finally got a call 5 days later why you needed it so long and a rental vehicle was offered but 1 week for a service I had booked a month in advance and should have taken a couple of hours is UNSAT. Poor customer service!

The service advisor Michael M. Is very professional, high standards must me his last name. San Diego needs more qualified people like him. Thank you for your advice and great experience. I hope you are able to share your enthusiasm with other areas where it’s room for improvement, for instance the window for payments, these ladies are rude, make me feel unwelcome besides after I paid they don’t call for my car therefore I have to waited unnecessarily for longer time until I asked for help, my advisor immediately asked for assistance and address my concern.
