Only the best for service from Chad Larson my service writer. However the service department is over scheduling to what it can do. My truck sat for a week before I complained and they got to it. I know because I have a dash cam that turned on when they finally moved it. I've got all the video records. And then the installer of the window gasket scratched my tint and did not own up to it. So I have a claim in for the retinting job I had to pay for. And I have already submitted a receipt for that and have still not been paid.
