I had good service once I brought my car in. But I had to contact the service department FOUR times before I was able to get an appointment for service. Each time I was promised that someone would contact me to confirm my appointment. I finally got my confirmation after the 4th contact. The system should be able to do that better.

The reported problem was not fixed. And no paper work as to what was or could be the problem was ever provided when the truck was picked up. The issues were that the fog lights blink on and off. I was told that happens when you turn to the right the right fog light will come on? Come on. The video that I provided an example of what it was doing when it was setting in my driveway. Second was the stereo I also provided a video and I was told that as long as I don’t have a IPhone 14 i would be ok! Really. I did also have the dealership check the front end alignment it appears to have had a report/slip left in the truck and hopefully the recall was also addressed. Again no paperwork. What if this was your truck ? Would you be satisfied ? What would be your next steps to fix your new truck ? Feel free to call me I would love to hear what you have to recommend! Todd ****-****-xxxx
