Always taken care of by the entire Ken Grody Dealership. Ryan gets my vehicle checked in as scheduled and the Technicians always take care of the mechanics of my vehicles. Miss Tammy and her team in the office check my work orders and get me on my Way and Richard gets me safely home and back in the shuttle so all is Great Always Thank You all for taking Great care of as t car of my vehicle and me. I will be having a close friend of mine bringing her vehicle from North County Ford to Ryan and your Fantastic Group for recall and Maintenance service

My front bumper was scratched while receiving service and it has not been fixed. Joseph did comment it would be fixed next week because as he said they are too busy

Even thought the service department was really busy the morning I had to have my van towed in. Ryan and the entire department I’m sure, was able to get the complete diagnosis and repairs done in less time than estimated. I’m very proud to say Ken Grody Carlsbad will be my dealership of choice for a long time
