The passenger front seat is not working I can’t pull it to the back. It wasn’t like that before I take it today. I am so mad that they don’t even let me know.

Vehicle had the same problem i dropped it off for. Struggling to move around as i don't feel that my vehicle is reliable due to the check engine light being on again. Really wished a longer was provided if the repairs take more than a day.

First time I visited this dealer ford as I just moved to Carlsbad and first time I had to visit Ford for my new Expedition Max. Joseph have been really good since the very first time I came to make my appointment to the time I took my car back after the warranty repair. We found a scratch on the right of the vehicle when I took it back and we couldn’t figure out if it happened during the work on the vehicle. Joseph immediately told me that I don’t have to worry about it and that he would take care of it when I will come to change oil next time. I am really happy to see that I have a good company to take care of my Ford. This is making me confident to buy another Ford shortly as we will need an extra car.

I always try to get Ryan Berkeley as my Sevice Rep. because he is a true Professional in the way he treats me and takes care of my car: he shows respect and care for me and my service needs, and keeps his word when he says he will do something related to the service call. He makes me feel comfortable that he is doing all that he can to make the servicing of my car satisfying to me, and that he is trying to produce the best quality, cost effective outcome. As long as Ryan is at Ken Grody Ford, I’ll keep coming back and will refer others to Ken Grody as well. John H
