Can’t say enough about experience. Emergency issue — couldn’t put gas in car, Chad was great immediately task charge. When I suddenly need a loaner, General Sales Manager got me one at no charge. Throughout process got email updates, greeted by my name, everyone was great and service oriented— dispels the dealership horror stories. Again Chad was outstanding.

Joseph, Always does a great job. He gives me a straight forward answers to direct questions about my truck. He takes the time to listen to me explain what’s wrong then takes care of it. If he needs the vehicle over night because mechaincs are too busy he finds me a rental call for free at Greenleaf, and they are super friendly and easy to work with.

The labor cost of replacing the two plastic covers and one headlight was $360.00. What’s the per hour labor charge? How long does it take to change a head light on 1999 F250 pickup? I plan in next month to have my truck gone over breaks,shocks , whatever it needs. I will definitely look for another place to get this done . Look at my history of purchasing cars and trucks.

the guys at Ken Grody Ford are very appropriate and on time..I ve had nothing but superb service and thats very rare in this Southern California area where its a hustle and very complicated to find such a sincere bunch of service techs as well as personal..they did a excellent job with my favorite awesome truck Ken Grody Ford has sold me..this is my best truck ever as well as the experience that ive had being a Ken Grody Ford customer..id refer all my family and friends as well as coworkers to buy from the best service and salesman in Southern California where you can be ripped off so easily like I have been thru in a previous years before..I am one happy Ford truck owner and I will always buy my vehicles in the near future here at Ken Grody Ford Dealership they are the best in SoCal...the treatment and service is superb...thank you Ken Grody Ford for your awesome team..
