Very disappointed in the service from Ken Grody Ford. I cant recommended Ken Grody to anyone. All electrical issues still exist after picking up the car today.The service manager must be a phantom. Doesnt return calls and nobidy can say when he will be in. This is really unheard of in a service industry. Kathy H

I just left the Ford store and drove more than 40 miles home. the feeling of driving is very shaky and shocking, the sound insulation of the car and inside the driver is not good and noisy I am very sad about how to check, and adjust my car at ken gordy I really want you to adjust the one I was proud of when I bought it Very powerful and extremely smooth. That's what the F150 XLT 3.5 L 2019I experienced at first

My car stopped for safety warning several times in the last three months snd I asked the mechanics to at least read the data and see what was the reason but he said he can not fo that over the weekend. These CAD devices are not very complex to connect and read the code and I am not sure why should I retirn the car again on the weekdays to fo that.
