This has been the worst service. Joseph my service representative did not keep me informed, when I declined one of the items I had asked only to get a quote for, the item was removed by service department staff and then never replaced item that was removed. I felt when I brought the issue up to him, he didn't take it seriously and wouldn't even take the time to try to come to a resolution. I moved to this area 2 years ago, and do not plan on going back there again, I will drive 45 - 60 minutes to have my car maintenance and new car purchases back to El Cajon Ford, where I was treated with respect.
