I think the whole visit would have been great but at the end when they called my car up it fell flat. Whomever pulled my car up left it running with the keys inside just parked on the side. I happened to glance up and see it. No warm hand off, no confirming that I had my keys, no acknowledgment of anything. If I had not noticed the car parked away at the front someone could very well have climbed right in and driven off and no one would have known. It just would be a better practice to ensure the owner of a vehicle is present before you leave it running with the keys in it open and unlocked.

I was quoted a price. Told the service agent to delete one item to reduce the bill and made the calculation of what the final amount should’ve been. When I came in to pay the bill it was much higher than I expected with NO explanation. I asked the cashier to clarify - she called the agent who quickly came in and said “oh, I forgot to take off the diagnostic charge” and miraculously my bill was instantly reduced by $180 & I was handed a new bill. That is very shady billing. I purchased my vehicle here and would expect more integrity from a dealership. Please let me know your response. Jimmy Redmon ****-****-xxxx

Our vehicle was damaged while putting new tires on. Michael promised to take care of it for us. It has to go to the body shop mid January though. Right front deep scratch above wheel well.
