A million thanks to Joseph for helping me with a repair today. Easy to speak with, explained he wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied and repair issue resolved, which it was. Appreciate the flexibility on listening to me explain the repair and part numbers I needed repaired and why (I had a special part repair adjustment to explain) and assuring me everything would be done to my satisfaction, which it was. Great guy to speak with and super knowledgeable. Many thanks Joseph and the service team and KG Ford. Thanks Joseph for being fast on the write-up and quick turn. Cheers.

For me, the good service that I received at KEN GRODY FORD started when I talk to Chad. I let him know what I needed taken care of on my 2002 F350 diesel truck and Chad set it up. Chad gave me a time when it would be completed that same day, I returned early KEN GRODY FORD because my truck was completed. I also asked Chad if somebody could look at my truck to what other services It might need. He reviewed what The mechanic had to say and I agree with their ideas. Thank you, Brian N

Ryan was fast knowledgeable and easy. Surprisingly quick turnaround. Check out was easy and fast too. Didn’t have to wait at drop off or pick up or to pay. I like all those things. And I was 30 mins late for my appointment without consequence. Price was great too. Half as much as Valvoline wanted to charge me. I will be back for sure.
