Mike Mills was very helpful in setting up my appointment. Always a pleasure speaking to him about my car maintenance. Steven assisted me on the day of appointment and made sure that my requests were taken care of. What a great team! I appreciate the attention to detail I get when I bring my car in for service. I got home after dropping off my truck for oil service and to reprogram my door lock because I didn’t know the factory code.The service team needed two dons to do the programming.I contacted the shuttle person to get a ride back to your shop. 1 1/2 hours later at still no shuttle driver, I asked a neighbor for a ride to your shop. I get there any was told mechanics were out to lunch. 1 1/2 hours later my truck was done, finally. Joe, your service writer was very helpful. The work just took 1/2 a day start to finish. I’ll be back.

I was quoted about two hours to have the service done and it wasn't finished until between 4 1/2 and 5 hours. I don’t mind waiting g a little longer for my car but more than twice as long is unacceptable. It screwed up the timing of the rest of my day.

Appreciate the Prompt service. just would like to have someone explain if there is something That needs to be replaced or fixed. I am not sure if my wiper blades need replacing or not by this report I am looking at. As the girl in office said everything is good on The car. So a little confused. Thank you Dina M

I obviously like this dealership I have two mustangs with you guys one Shelby, Ryan has always listen to me and taking care of me I’m a pretty picky person I take care of my vehicles and he knows that and I appreciate that I feel like I have a good following with most people that work there then there’s Alex Grody, What a total gentleman do you have some really good people working at that dealership thank you

Hello one my motivations to get my truck serviced at your dealership was to get the complimentary car wash like i did on my last visit, but it wasn’t so. I went home to wash my truck since it needed it. Im not sure if ill bring my truck next time since oil service is expensive. Thankyou
