I was never given a legitimate timeline. Every time I called it was always a “we’re still waiting on a part” but there wasn’t any certainty as to when that part was coming or even an estimation in when my vehicle would be ready to pickup. This normally wouldn’t frustrate me but they had my car for 2 months. i also never received any calls after i left messages. I physically had to go to the dealership to get the answers to the questions i had asked.

Chad was helpful, attentive and responsive to my concerns. I had taken my vehicle to Ford of Chula Vista twice, they’re the closest one to my house, and both times I felt as they were giving me excuses to not work on my car and said that nothing was wrong. With Chad at Ken Grody Ford of Carlsbad it was different , I only had to explain my issues and concerns once and he went to work on my vehicle making sure they were taken care off. I will keep bringing my vehicle to Ken Grody in Carlsbad for service, even though they are 50 miles away from home.

Chad was excellent. Follows up and does what he says will be done. Would suggest improvement on the shuttle service however.

Michael Mills did not help me today. He was not working today. The service advisor was number 997595. He did not introduce himself or identify himself on the paperwork except by a number. Very strange and not very customer service friendly. Otherwise, the service was fine.
