This is probably the second time that this has happened between the five vehicles I have purchased from Ford, is that when I get them back the next morning after parking my tire will be nearly flat. So I don't know if they're changing the the tires pressure and lowering it to be the 35 PSI or what but it's happened a couple times in the last pictures that I bought vehicles from you. Otherwise a service staff is great Joe is a wonderful service advisor and they got my car in and out quite quickly. One contention I would have is that you don't do recall items on the weekend which is the only time that I'm free and you don't do details on the weekend. I work in Escondido usually 8 a.m. to 7 or 8 p.m. so I can't bring it during the week it's very frustrating that you have such limited services on Saturday

Had to bring the car back four times, car was damaged, left a message with the service manager who never called me back, Ryan the service manager was fine was, was the mechanic who worked on the car, very unsatisfied, would like to talk to the owner.
