The service team was excellent by the maintenance of my vehicle. I went for oil change service that they took care of my vehicle right away I waited for an hour for my vehicle to be ready. Overall my satisfactory of a scale from 1-10 I will say 10. Ken Grody Ford of Carlsbad is the best in where I can always rely one specially with Joseph for the service of my vehicle needs.

You kept my truck all day cuz of a “leak” one of your service providers saw, and there was nothing wrong just some pooling of water???? And I had to beg to get my car back by 3. And I kept getting auto text from you for days after???? This is my 5 car from your dealership. Boy you have gone down hill since the beginning. I will not be buying another car from your dealership and the aluminum trucks **** **** I wish I never bought it

Arrived last friday for 820 appt. $1360+- estimated for parts, labor. Car was not available till late tuesday. I couldn't pick it up till next day. Final bill supposedly reflected a 10% discount from the estimate, not the real cost for parts, labor.... I must admit that the car runs significantly better. I am delighted with the results, but the time frame And supposed discount puzzle me. I purchased the car in 2010 and have been generally happy with Chad since then. Unfortunately for me this was a less than successful experience.

I’ve worked in the Auto Industry for awhile now, even though this is a higher volume store than where I’m currently at, the process was streamlined. Without an appointment & being able to drive home the same day was amazing.
