Replacing the cracked start button was among my initial requests it was also in the paperwork that came from the Ford dealership in Escondido I wanted to take the truck to Ken Grody since I purchased is that Ken Grody but I live next to Gosch Ford the customer service was superb Ken Grody. The start button was simply overlooked I look forward to bringing the truck back in once the start button is in your possession thank you for the great service
