Mike Mills was great in helping to resolve my issue, a defective window. Your supplier apparently had a major quality control issue. Mike kept me informed thru the whole process. It just should not have taken 4 trips to get back to even. Other than that I like my new truck

Although I am not happy with my 2014 Ford C-Max vehicle, (the console has not worked properly for many years even though the APIM was replaced), the service at Ken Grody Ford was top notch. Everyone was very helpful and the waiting area is very nice, along with a beautiful restroom. My biggest problem is with Ford itself having an inferior product and not taking responsibility when I called corporate.
