I brought in my 2019 Ford EcoSport to repair the brakes. Whenever I back up the car it makes a high pitched noise from the rotors. This has been ongoing since we bought the car. The service guy I spoke with said it is a problem for this model. It is to believe that a new car would have a quality control issue with the brake system and that Ford does not have a fix for the problem?

This is the second time that I have brought my 72k truck in and have been disappointed. 3-4hrs for a simple oil change with a scheduled appointment. A trim pice on the roof came loose during a drive from Az to Ca and reported it to be not covered and 7 days to repair. I have known Ford to stand for something, something American. This is not what Ford stands for. I will take my business elsewhere.

Chad has been my service manager since I bought my Escape from Ken Grody in 2012. He is conscious and thorough in his work. I have always trusted Chad when it comes to my car!! I give him the highest number you have for his care and service. He is an asset to Ken Grody Ford for sure!
