The windshield wipers damaged my windshield, I asked Joesph the service tech if he could check. Once he called to notify me the vehicle was ready for pick up, he did not mention anything about the windshield nor was anything documented on my vehicle report. He did not address my concern as I thought he would. I will need to contact Ford service directly

The service guys at Ken Grody ford in Carlsbad where great. They are the only people in this whole ordeal that actually helped and didnt try to give me a hard time. Those guys deserve every penny they make. Thank you Ken Grody and thank you for having great workers under your charge.
