MICHAEL MILLS is the complete service experience. HE is the what,were, and why regarding the service process. he explains and does whatever is neccessary to complete the repair. It took a little longer, with the current service workload.

After having my car in for service, the air conditioning for the second row vents is still not blowing air from the AC vent. Additionally, my car was at the service department for 8 hours after I had an appointment. So when I was notified that my vehicle was ready, the service technicians were going to be gone. I was explained if the work that was done but I feel that using the function correctly but I feel that there was no one available to show me that I may be operating the rear row AC unit correctly.

First of all I never met “Chad”. I was expecting the Works service but only got an oil change, new wipers and multi point inspection. Did not get my tires rotated and did not have my cabin filter changed. Got a call my car was ready. It took more than 30mins to get my car brought out.

Mike did a great job contacting me and letting me know the status of my truck. Also he informed me that my truck had a recall I didn’t know about that is now scheduled to be fixed next week. Great customer service and communication.

Had an 8am appt. to have my engine light checked and i made it in the morning so I had time to do things in the afternoon. After I waited and waited, they didn't say the diagnostic was being done until 2:30, then at 3:30 they told me what I already knew and had it fixed in 30 min and I left at 4. What a waist of my entire day of them milking the clock. I'll be bringing my services elsewhere next time.

Today I had an appointment at 12:30 to change the rear differential oil and by 1:30 my truck was done my f250 right on time Chad is the best service manager they treat you like family Chad has a good team of service wraps that work on your car and do it right Ken grody should give him a raise the whole staff there is like family current in the sales reps are very good if you need a car or service go see Chad or current or go see Ken grody Ford in Carlsbad they're the best in

Mike always makes me feel comfortable with my choice of service operations. I live closer to another ford dealer but drive a little extra to get this kind of service.
