I had my 2007 Expedition LE, service and repair sunroof. Chad Larson made my appointment and gave me a quick follow-up on the repair needed. It was completed and was very pleased with Mr.Larson made me informed. I also had my 2017 F150 Raptor service, once again Mr. Larson handled my schedule for my Raptor repair and service. I truly appreciate Mr Larson made it very easy for my visit to Ken Gordy Ford. So glad that everyone in the service department made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Mr.Larson for your help and assistance and making feel safe and comfortable

The Body Shop sub vendor doesn't have attention to detail. Also had to wait an hour and a half for a rental I guess Greenleaf ran out of cars and we had to go to Enterprise. Chad was fine. The overall experience wasn't good. However I understand

Not a big deal, service forgot to reset my oil life on my truck when taken in for service. It’s something small, but does let the customer feel uneasy, and think things like did they actually service my vehicle ? I trust you did, but just some feedback, even when it’s busy (seemed like you were) take time for the small details to leave the customer feel confident a good job was done.
