It was an easy process. From setting up an appointment for my truck to picking it up when it was ready. I also was pleased that K. G. Ford took the appropriate steps to reassure that safety was a priority. During this pandemic we can’t take any chances. Their facilities were clean and that goes a long way. My service tech Chad Larson is the best. He kept great communication and also explained what was being done to my truck. Excellent customer service.

Everything was fantastic. We returned to work with Manny, as he left such a great impression last year. Although we didn't buy from him then, a year later I recalled his name. I didn't need a business card to remember him. That says enough about his character and professionalism. I know this time around it was a little different with the covid-19 and his sales manager Ron. Ron was also absolutely terrific. I work in sales and have been a sales manager myself. He is definitely someone I'd want on my team. Down to Earth and relatable. I highly recommend either Manny or Ron.

Service is very good and patient.. but My brand new 2020 Ford Explorer Has been in the shop more than my 10 year old car. I will be taking it in once again because another thing on my car is failing. This will be the last time I ever purchase a ford
