I love the people & everyone was super helpful. My car is fixed so that’s good. I didn’t like having to sit & wait for hours for 2 days to get it fixed. I think you should either offer loaner vehicles or at least let people know it’s going to take so long. I was told my car would be fixed in 2.5 hours but I was there almost 5 the second day. I also think that a full vehicle inspection should be done with a service.

Chad Larson has just become my service advisor but I have been going to Ford almost the whole length of his employment for cars I used when I had company cars and then the five or six cars we've purchased from Ken Grody Ford over the years. He's always been Pleasant and helpful even though he wasn't my service advisor, and now that she has come in I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He kept in constant contact with me and made sure everything was done accordingly. Great employee!

My only disappointment is that my truck was not washed when I picked it up. You spend over 7Ok on a vehicle and you pay the extra to have all the services included. I would expect a wash when I bring it in.

Had a great experience today at my oil change appointment! The service assistant was wearing a mask, as was the gentleman who brought me my car when it was finished and the cashier. I work in healthcare, and this is extremely important to me. I was told my car would take an hour, and it was ready in 45 minutes. Everyone there is friendly, and is respectful towards my car and myself. That’s why I keep coming back to Ken Grody Ford in Car Country Carlsbad.
