Chad Lawson is the best service manager he takes great care of me and my Ford F-250 everyone near treat you like family at Ken grody Ford I recommend all my friends to go down there for service on their car their Ford and try to buy a car down there I am very satisfied with everything at Ken grody Ford

I have asked three times when I brought in for service to have the electric lithium battery battery checked for capacity in kilowatt hours so that I know if it is degraded in the three years I have owned it before I buy it out in the lease, and they have not seemed to either know how to do it or not have time to do it.

I was told my vehicle would be ready in an hour and a half. I left my phone number so I could be called. After an hour and a half there was no phone call. I waited a little bit longer in the service area and finally had to go to the service desk myself and ask about my car. It has been finished for sometime but I was never notified. This was an inconvenience to my schedule but I did appreciate the sanitizing of my car before I got back in it.

Micheal, my service manager, was very informative. Unfortunately my p/u truck bed cover didn’t come in on time to install it but the 20,000 mile service was done along with installing the US flags mid-door. I truly appreciate Michael’s help. I am still having an intermittent issue when starting my truck. It doesn’t happen all the time but the entire truck jumps when started. I will bring that to his attention whenever I return for the bed cover.

I have asked several of your service people how to control my rear camera view, between the bumper camera and the bed camera but nobody seems to know. There's nothing on the internet. Can somebody please help me figure out how to control that darn camera? Thank you! It is so frustrating, this will probably be the last Ford I own.

Mr Mills was awesome. I was ready for a hassle. I showed Mr Mills the paint damage, a picture of the paint damage was taken. The next day, they received clearance to repair the damage. I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the way I was treated.

I was disappointed. I brought my vehicle in a week prior to have the problem inspected and have the parts ordered. Only to find out at the end of day of the day,the parts were never ordered and my vehicle would have to remain there overnight. I did receive a customer satisfaction phone call later in the week. She stated that the part should have been ordered when I brought my vehicle in for inspection. Mike said that ordering parts prior to service is not your protocol in case there is an underlying issue. I have no idea what to believe. The customer service call was well timed, it prevented me from writing a bad review on Google.
