I always get Great Service from Chad And the rest of the Service Department At KEN GORDY FORD The only thing I wasn’t able to get, was a Full Car Detail, they were unable to do Details that day. Other than that, Good Job

I think that the service advisor and the mechanic were a little bit too quick to recommend front disc brake pad replacement. I looked at the old pads that they gave me when I picked up the car, and it looked like there was still plenty of pad material on there. I think I could’ve gone another 10,000 miles with the old pads on there; that’s the only complaint that I have.

Mike has been such a pleasure to work with as he continues to fix all the issues with my car. Unfortunately, I keep coming back to get the same issues corrected. The Ford Explorer is 2020 is brand new but all the miles are from driving to the dealer and back from getting fixed. I am letting my wife fix this issue as I do not have the patience to deal with such a faulty car.
