I had to always check in for a status. It would be nice to get regular txt as to the status. I believe I got one or two in 4 days. As busy family we needed to be kept up to date so we could make plans for pick up etc.

They didn’t fix the problem! They didn’t do what they said they were going to do and the amount of time they’d do it in and I was promised a full refund and have t received it! I highly suggest you handle this issue of mine immediately or I will !!!!

I appreciate how quickly My service was done and how many precautions were taken during my service due to the COVID When my car was ready an attendant brought my car around and wiped it down with a scent free cleaner over main useable areas necessary for operating the vehicle. Much appreciated attention to detail! Thank you!
