My truck was towed to your shop on friday 04sep2020 at 430pm and the problem was not reported to me until friday 11sep2020 1:59 pm. Also it was reported to me by michael that it will take a month to get the repair part. I am not happy, as i have to drive a truck that may stall out at anytime. In addition, it cost me $244.98 for a rental car will ford reimburse me for that?

Representative should of communicated with me that the service on my car was completed they took down the wrong phone number but didn’t do a follow on ph number on file with vehicle I didn’t get my car till 6:30pm your service dept was closed Thanks to your salesperson Angel Martínez he was able to help Your company is luck to have him he always goes above and beyond to give excellent customer service Thank you Angel Martínez

I appreciate being able to have Chad for customer service continuity. We are repeat ford customers and faithful FORD owners. We want to have the Chad for our service experiences, we feel he is knowledgeable, trustworthy, understanding and communicates well. No one likes to deal with car trouble but he makes it less burdensome. Five star! A+
