Hi, my car in for a service last Thursday, but today my service light came on saying it’s needs a oil change? I have looked at my bill and it appears I have been charged for a oil service that does not appear to have been carried out.. Not Happy. Please can you come back to me on how to resolve this. Thanks Sam

Chad was awesome, checked into everything I was concerned about and kept me informed. I was expecting more severe service requirements and was pleasantly surprised that some of the things I was concerned about were OK. Only place I’ve taken my Ford trucks to many years running.
