My dissatisfaction stemmed from the following: 1) Unforeseen delay in the replacement and installation for a recall part 2) the LOF service was not performed well - it left oil on my driveway which I then had to arrange for it to be cleaned and the car brought back. 3) when I brought the car back, it was returned to me dirtier than when I handed it over to the dealer. How am I going to bring my car back to your dealership for any sort of service at this rate?

Certainly outside of the experience with our salesperson which was 9.5 on a 10 scale, and possibly the finance guy who was maybe 6 of 10 very average, we have left to feel the Carlsbad dealership is completely incompetent. We were so excited to find a hard to find model, and a salesman who took initiative and drove for hours to retrieve it for us, on my wife’s birthday no less! Then the nightmare began, with inept service and customer service folks bumbling detail after detail. I resisted the temptation to go to Yelp or elsewhere to warn against dealing with this shop of horrors but I did not. Thoroughly and completely disappointed and wishing we had waited and found the car elsewhere

Michael took care of everything in a timely and efficient manner. Repair was covered by the power train warranty. Very pleased with the service.

For the first time ever I was kept in the loop without having a call bye-bye service advisor, I was given rockstar service in every way from the second I dropped off my vehicle on a tow truck to the second I picked it up Due to this experience congruity forgot a five star rating on yelp however my service advisors to serve a perfect 10 out of 10 on customer service and everything that goes with it this is the reason I will continue to do business at congruity Ford thank you kindly for the amazing customer service speedy repair of my vehicle and for keeping me in the loop again for from the time I vehicle was offloaded from the tow truck to the point that I picked it up.
