Mike was very helpful and got my car done faster than expected and provided a rental car. The car seems to be fixed and working well. The only negative was that the floor mat was dirty. There was some white powder or liquid.

It is very difficult to communicate with the service team, phones busy, no one answers their page after car is dropped off. I was promised to have my car washed, then supposedly car washing guy not there?? I think you should have figured out how to wash my car, I had two recalls on a brand new car, had to come from fallbrook twice to get it done and bought my car there and no one could rinse my car down? I appreciate the car rental, that washelpful for sure.
