Mike is terrific. The service that is provided at this dealership from the service reps has caused me twice to go out of my way to get my truck worked on here. The customer service and sense that you’re being taken care of is unmatched. Michael Mills and Stephen are terrific. Both of those men deserve immense credit for the atmosphere they provide. -Gray G

I believe the service was fine- I received what I came for, but I sat for 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. A kind gentleman who is in the service dept must have noticed I was there for a long time and asked what I was waiting for. He checked on the status of my car and it had been completed. I received a text after I got back home that my service was complete. The communication was quite lacking

Chad is a rockstar and he's doing a great job, but you need more service associates. Asking Chad to cover so many customers and accounts makes it difficult for him to keep people updated and respond accordingly to questions.

Chad is the best darn service advisor in the world. I go to Ken Grody Ford because of Chad. I’m planning on buying a new Ford Ranger because of Chad. Can’t tell you how valuable he is, But I sure am sure you know that. I can’t say enough nice things about him as a service advisor and a person. I don’t know what he gets paid but he deserves much more. Thanks, Jeff
