Chad Larson is the best sales manager he takes great care of my Ford F-250 truck if there's a problem he has a great staff of mechanics there and they do a great job if your truck needs to be service or car go see Chad Larson he's the best service manager if you want to buy a new car truck go see kurthe's the sales manager and he will give you the best deal on the vehicle I bought my last six trucks at Ken grody Ford and they treat you like family kurt gives you the best deal when you buy your vehicle and Chad is the best service manager that takes care of your vehicle they are the best Ford dealership their number one in the USA because they treat you like family

The staff at Ken Grody did an excellent job installing my leather. I was impressed that they offered to get me a rental truck. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Mike is a superior customer service rep. He took care of the recall issue, offered me an oil change, and asked if there was anything else he could do for my car. He also helped me with my car seat, and getting the rental car. I will be referring people here based on my experience with him. I’m very impressed with the above and beyond mentality he possesses.

I still have not received the spoiler that was promised in the deal we made at the end of October, now it is almost February. There are a couple of other things that are not right with the car also.

I think they fixed our issues and were Efficient and professional. We bought this car online and they were kind enough to deliver it to us. It was delivered after dark and we could not inspect it fully. I hired my detail guy to come out and wash it and inspect it for me and he found some paint flaws And a cut on the consul leather. We took it down and you all acknowledge the problems and fixed them in a timely matter. I am grateful for that because cars are super expensive and I expect them to be At the highest quality.
