My appointment was at 9:30am on Monday. I dropped my car off Sunday night as it required a cold engine to reproduce the problem. I was given no update on my vehicle for over 24 hours. I tried calling 10+ times, left voicemails, asked for managers etc., but was still left in the dark until 11:30am Tuesday. I understand being busy and my car not being seen for a while, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of information and ignoring of voicemails

One of the valve stem caps was missing and the vehicle was not washed. I paid for the maintenance plan and that is disappointing. The guy you drove the vehicle to the pick up point state it was because of COVID. Terrible excuse. That means the quality of your service is degrading.

Chad Larson has been my service advisor and is my go to guy. He makes sure that I have my F150 Raptor service. He sends me reminders when my truck is due for service. I trust Chad Larson with my truck. I have invested so much in this Vehicle and I need to know that the service department will provide me with 100% satisfaction guarantee every time. It's been tough because of the Corona Virus Pandemic. I feel confident that every time I show up, Chad Larson made sure he provided me with total customer care and customer support.
