It was AWESOME to work with Tim. He communicated with me at every step of the process of getting my car serviced. When I arrived, he greeted me, promptly checked me in and handed me off to the person who manages my rental for the day. Within a few hours, he called me back and promptly checked me out. Overall, this has been the second - very easy - service I’ve received from him within a week. But what matters to me most is the professional courtesy and personalized treatment Tim has offered me both times.
This is my first volvo and I purchased it 6 months ago. While I’m please with the vehicle, it’s important for me to feel I’m invested in a brand that respects my business by delivering high caliber service and that’s certainly what I’ve received from Tim.
