I asked in writing and in person to fix the erratic mph indicator that was temporarily fixed here in August. They told me the car’s “systems” were “reset” and hopefully that would fix it. In other words, nothing was repaired and the car has the same problem now as before, aka nothing has changed, except I was without a car all day.

Everyone was extremely nice. Tim did a good job explaining everything that would be done to my car. Shuttle service was combiner and driver professional. I am very pleased with the service I received.
Tim is always responsive to questions and kept me updated on the progress with my service.
My repair request got completely confused and I wasted a lot of time waiting. Instead of being done on Monday when I had time off work the car was not ready until Wednesday. I attempted to pick up the car on Monday only to realize that the major repair that I wanted done had not been completed. Miguel assured me that it would be finished on Tuesday, which did not happen for some reason - a frustrating situation since I took time off work so I could pick up my car in the afternoon.

I came in for a safety inspection. It was done very quickly and I even test drove some cars when I waited.
My car is paid off. Haven't had it one year. Tim told me 1,200+? Just gave 16,500! This how you treat your customers? Smh... Now I have a so called New 2011 C70 Volvo in my driveway and waiting on the bus to go to my job! Smh... REALLY LINDSEY VOLVO?
