Greg did a great job of getting my vehicle serviced. You guys had my car for over three weeks, so throughout that time, I would call and leave messages for Greg as to the status of the car, and would never get a call back to answer my questions. Fortunately, there wasn't an urgent need for the car, but if there was, this would have been much more irritating.

I dread having to come to this dealership for service. The customer service is terrible at best. I walked in for this appointment where several people were sitting/standing around all listening to one customer. They looked at me and don’t say a word, not even a greeting. After standing there for about 5 minutes I was finally asked if I needed help. This dealership never fails to deliver crappy customer service. Last time I came I waited 3 hours for an oil change, only to be notified AFTER 3 HOURS that they hadn’t even started. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will refrain from buying my next vehicle from this dealership.

Jay’s excellent service began when I called to schedule an appointment late Friday evening after I discovered a nail in my tire. I had limited time to repair the tire before leaving for a scheduled work trip early Sunday morning. Jay fit me in on Saturday. When I arrived, all staff memebers in the service department were kind and welcoming. Excellent service continued with cashier Maria. She was friendly, personable, and meticulous. Superior customer service each time. Gregg, Jay, and Maria make me appreciate Lindsey Chevrolet.

The price quoted on the phone was $1,100 but the out the door price was $1400, he explained why, but for that price I would’ve gotten a second opinion

I appreciated the way Al discussed some issues that I had with my vehicle and he researched the items cost and if they were absolutely necessary at this time. I always check in with Garland husky and he makes the arrangements to have my truck serviced. I am getting very spoiled with this arrangement.

Hi Dallas, I wanted to take a moment to thank both you and the team at Lindsay Chevrolet for the excellent service on my 2017 Tahoe done yesterday (4/11/18). My vehicle was scheduled for 7AM and I had the Oil Change/Inspection completed by 8:30 AM. Thank you also for taking the time to explain to me Dexos Oil as I was considering using Mobil 1 for this vehicle as I do with my Mustang Cobra and Chrysler 300 SRT8. Service is very important to me and when my wife and I look to purchase new vehicles we primarily consider the care given by the service department of the dealership. I have purchased my last 2 trucks from here and I get them served here. But this last time was my worst experience ever. Probably lost a customer. I had a 3:30 appointment was there until 6:30 for a Oil change and safety inspection. I was told I failed to due to a hole in the tire but was never shown the tire. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because I had to leave to go out of town so had to pay 300 plus for a tire that I don't believe I needed. But didn't have the time to debate about it. But Lindsay lost a customer
