I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received from this dealership. My driver seat cushion is not level. I expressed that to the service manager and it was ignored. I called to follow up after a week with no update, asked for a phone call back and never received a phone call. This is not taking care of the customer. I am extremely disappointed.

If the car is ready, mechanics should finish paperwork or hand it off to someone to finish before leaving to pick up family. When discovered, another mechanic could've finished the paperwork, but not in this case. Instead, you made a customer pay his time because of . . . why exactly?
