Jay and the entire Lindsay team perform in an outstanding manner everytime. I've went to other Chevy dealerships but trust me they don't have anything on your teams service. It's one of the main reasons that I brought and have the service there. It's an easy 1.2 hour drive from my home but well worth it.
Mr. Tippett was extremely helpful and professional. Knowledge about his job and able to get answers for my questions. He represents Lindsay Chevrolet extremely well!

It was a great pleasure to be serviced at the establishment today. The staff and services were impeccable. They told us everything that possibly went wrong with the vehicle and told us what was required to fix it. I think the staff of Lindsey Chevrolet is very courteous and goes an extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied; however, I wonder if the appointment system actually works. I had an appointment for oil change at 0700 but didn’t get out of there until 1030. I’m satisfied with the service but I’m curious about the appointment system and why does service takes so long. My previous experience with Chevy dealers, an oil change had me in and out with a multipoint inspection within 45 mins to and hour. If there were any improvements that needs to be made I would like to see the appointment system work a bit better(ie; allow me to only select an appointment time that’s not booked in your system). I would also like to have quicker service. Thanks.

I’m still trying to understand how a $92.00 trunk latch was going to cost me almost $500 to replace. I have lost all trust and confidence in you all. Of course my gold extended warranty didn’t cover this small issue and I’m out $150 for a diagnosis which I wasn’t informed I had to pay when I called to make an appointment. You all are crooks. The diagnosis cost twice as much as the part. I was having pleasant experiences up until today. Sadly, this will be my last time and I did have plans to upgrade my Impala at some point in the near future.
J Jay answered all my questions that I had about my vehicle. He was very thorough and the service was very fast. He had also had a lot of patience and tolerance because I am a person that has disabilities.

An error was made where my vehicle wasn’t serviced correctly. After an hour of waiting I was told my vehicle was done. I paid and exited to my vehicle where I found I was given the incorrect key. It turns out my vehicle was not serviced yet I paid for services that did not occur. The service rep was courteous as it was not directly his fault but ended up costing me 2hrs of my time for a simple oil change which almost didn’t occur had I been given the correct key. Not very happy with this experience
