I called months ago about the catalic converter. I told the rep the problem that same day I just wanted to know how much it would be and it was covered by the warranty. I was told I would need to get an engine reading before any prices can be given or if it would be covered by warranty. So I just paid $150 for y’all to tell me exactly what I told y’all and if it would’ve been done the first time. It would have been covered. So do not contact me unless it’s for a refund or you’re fixing my car through the warranty.

We bought car May 31, 2018. It’s June 1, 2018 and we still don’t have car in our possession. Not sure what’s wrong but thought it was just breaks. I’m very concerned now because parts needed ordering so sounds like makjor issue. Not a good way to start off purchasing a vehicle.

John Adams provided excellent service while I was getting my car serviced regarding my tires. He’s always give excellent service during my visitation for car service. I give him an A++.

Part of the service no new grease or clean fittings? not sure if the door gaskets were treated, the mechanic did listen to me like he understood what I was saying about the noise at steering wheel, the people were nice, it did cost $880.00 plus
I asked for an oil change only & to let me know if there was anything else that needed to be done. They went ahead and did a tire rotation as well and tried to charge me $100 without consulting me first. Needless to say, I did not pay for the tire rotation, but did pay for the oil change.
This is the second time something like this has happened. I am going elsewhere for these services from now on. $70 is far too much for an oil change. $40 of that is labor? That’s garbage.
I’ll be going elsewhere.

Brought in my car and had the mechanic look over it for vibration/shaking and paid $156 for this service, however the diagnosis was incorrect and my car was there nearly 3 days.
Jay was able to get my vehicle in for servicing the next day, he kept me informed on the service delays, and even offered to get me into a loaner vehicle so that I couldn't miss too much more of my work shift! Now that's caring and great customer service.
