My 6 month old Equinox was in the shop for 9 days which very disappointing. In addition I raerely received an unsolicited updat on the status of my car. I had to call on 4-4 differ my days to hear anything. And is was going to be ready Monday then Tuesday and finally Thursday. And to emphasize the vehicle was only six moths old. I certainly didn’t expect that nor was I offered any compensation for My dissatisfaction.

Jennifer was very professional and extremely helpful. She kept us informed on the status of our vehicle. We elected not to wait in the dealership for the service to be completed and Jennifer assisted in getting our child’s car seat from our and offered a shuttle if we needed one. I hope we are lucky enough to have Jennifer as our service representative again in the future.

I was quoted $775 for spark plugs and wires when I was able to get it done for less than $550 through another reputable mechanic shop. Sad that I cant bring my truck to where I'd prefer due to overcharges. Oh well.

At first communication was great from the service advisor I authorize the diagnosis on my vehicle once they called me back and told me what they thought was wrong with the vehicle I disclosed that I am a master technician myself and my vehicle needed an ECM replacement the service advisor became irritated when I offered my opinion and I was not pushy in anyway and in the end I ended up needing the ECM which is why I sent it to your dealership because my Volkswagen dealership is not capable of programming it I do not feel that I was treated as a valued customer

I thought I’ve waited a long time, to have a tire put on a wheel I waited three hours. I think it is ridiculous. They should have text me to let me know how things were going. On the upside, the truck was in good shape when they were finished with that that I appreciate. I hold my truck in high regard, and I keep it very very very clean. The gentleman that parked vehicle told me that he parked in the no scratch zone That cracked me up. I like Dallas and I am looking forward to working with him again. See you soon

Dennis was very informative , friendly and service oriented. Lindsey is great. I will be moving away to take an Executive Chef position at Yale University in New Haven Ct very soon. My hope is I can find a great Chevy dealership locally but I’m sure they will not compare to all the team does at Lindsey. Thank you Dennis. Another job well done.
