Greg Byram was excellent, however, I think there should be a gauge to use for DEF so I can monitor and add before alerts happen. I tow a 5.5 ton trailer and don't want to be forced to add DEF as an emergency due to power loss if I fail to due it within 200 miles or less. I was completely satisfied other that the DEF issue.
Dennis was quick and polite all with a firm hand shake.
Appointment at 1:00 for an oil change and state Inspection. Car returned at 2:40. One hour and forty minutes is too long for this kind of work with a scheduled appointment.

I am a new customer to Lindsay Chevrolet but not a stranger. My father was a customer for over 20 yrs. I had a problem that arose from dealing with Merchant Tire and Battery here in Woodbridge, VA. I called Lindsay Chevrolet and Jennifer was the lucky recipient. I sang the blues about my problem and she just listened, accessed, and took care of the problem. Even after she found out that my car was to be fixed under warranty and no monies were to come from me she still was just as attentive as if I just called in for the first time. Rob is the man. The last time i came for service i brought my Cadillac for an oil change and inspection and ended up having to get 4 new tires and paid a whole lot for what I though was gonna be just a hundred or two and ended up being 1500 and that's after a discount. I Was reluctant to bring in my wifes car cause I didn't want another huge bill but Rob made it so hassle free and not only was it more than affordable, but I was able to pick it up the same day after work. Keep up the great work Rob. Easy and convenient!!!

I appreciate that Greg and the team took the time to show and explain to me what they discovered about my Malibu. When I asked several follow up questions Greg listened and had the service technician check things and then Greg got back to me. He was upfront with a good estimate on the cost and the car was ready when he said.
I did not ask for a wheel alignment but when the technician called he informed me that it was already completed. Then he gave me the estimate for the bulb replacement which I came in for. I really cannot tell if the alignment was done.
So I feel that I ended up paying way more than I expected. Besides that, the
service was great!
