The guy Robert was very nice but I was real disappointed that I came to the dealership in need of help and they blew me off not helping me or explaining to me the reason of my problem just talked to me about not doing an oil change which I feel you should take the time out to help someone in need very very very very disappointed I will never go back said part is that was my first time there only good thing was the popcorn that's sad you company needs to do better on helping people

It took to long 4hrs to install a window relay just to long and they didn't even wash the car. Dennis himself was fine it was funny that I was halfway home and the text came in saying car was ready???

1 the recommendation about the service given was not required at this time the as on star indicated such a service could be done when the vehicle over 15000 I feel I have been deceived. 2. It was over priced 3. I was promised the job will be completed in one hour time it took ove two hour I mention I can’t wwait more than one because I have go to work . My appointment was for only oil change, he promised it will be completed in 1!hour-time. 4. Driver signal light was out I requested for bulbs replaced or check fuse. It was not done. It was not explained to me why was not replaced until I call.

I made my a 3:30 appointment prio. When I got there Jay didn't have what they needed to perform an oil change so he stated they have to run out and get a fliter and it would take an extra fifteen to service my vehicle.2 1/2 I qwnt to the seevice deak and aak for Jay and he had left I then ask about my Vehicle, they had to look it up to find out what was going on. I then said to them I had been waiting for 2 1/2 almost 3 hours for my vehicle, I qas told they were workjng on it and it would be anothe 30 minute.I spent 4 hours in the dealership everyone including the manager was gone or on there qay out the door it took 4 hours just get something as simple as an oil change. smh

Gregory did a great job. But I made an appointment for an oil change at 4. I left work early to get there on time only to find out that there were four cars ahead of me. I had to reschedule the following day. Really inconvenient.
