Greg as always was great in seeing the job through after difficulties arose. He is a consummate professional with outstanding customer experience skills.
That said Greg bridges the gap between customer and service technician, which I might is necessary as the quality of workmanship over the past 3 years has degraded. I read all my documentation after every visit and the technician who have serviced my vehicle pencil whip reports, are not thorough in their job and on the last 2 visits this year I had to clean grease off my steering wheel, carpet and side of my seat.
Roberto was very helpful in getting my car in for service without a previous appointment. I was having serious steering difficulties with my automobile and he arranged for the mechanic to diagnose the problem and repair my vehicle. He also kept me updated via email.
