I think the individuals standing behind the desks to “check in” / “assist people” need to be more attentive...
I walked in and stood there for a while hoping someone would look up from their screen and acknowledge my presence so I can say I have an appointment for an oil change at 12. After a few minutes of standing awkwardly I had to say “excuse me...” and then explain why I was there. Some welcoming statement to acknowledge a customer who’s waiting would have made me feel better. For example, “Hi, do you have an appointment?” OR “Can I help you?”
Other than this experience and waiting more that two hours for my car to get an oil change and alignment fixed; everything else was great! The young lady who processed my payment was super nice and gave me a car wash voucher.
I asked for a specific way for my tires to be rotated and they were not. I color code all my tires before all rotations to make sure. And sure enough they were NOT rotated the way I had asked.

The entire staff and management seem dedicated to excellent customer service. The maintenance areas are high tech. The waiting area is modern and comfortable.
