I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff for always being so helpful.
Service Dept failed to use Customer provided oil and filter. Truck had to go back into the Service Bay to have oil drained and filter replaced, then finally Mobile One and Fram Filter was used. Service ignored customer request even when Post-It Note was placed on Driver window, “Please use Customer Oil and Filter”. Customer had to wait an additional 45 minutes while Service got it right.
Dennis Provided the best customer service I’ve ever received at a car dealership. Thank you!

Dropped the car off at 6:30pm on 8/23/2018 for the very first appointment at 7:45am on 8/23/2018. The service was to replace the battery, unfortunately I didn't receive a call that my vehicle was ready after calling the shop I was able to pick up my car at 3:00pm. The service to change the battery was entirely to long.

My appointment didn't seem to be in the system. The telephone quote went from $69 to an in person quote of $160. However, the actual cost was $264. Also, I had to wait almost 1.5 hours to get the in person quote.
