I have a very hectic schedule with limited access to phones and computers. Mike and the crew did a great job of keeping me informed took care of all my needs seamlessly. They even returned my car well after closing time! This kind of service is why I bought a Lexus!
I like the fact that she researched a discount and called me with one. That shows she cares about the customer's money. She is very patient, kind and keeps the communication open and going til the end.
