Not happy with service this time.
Every time I bring my car in for service I look forward to it. I can't say enough positive things to describe the service, it's consistency and most of all your continued efforts to follow up with the client to ensure the experience was consistently on point. You're going to have to change the service departments name to just, Lexus. That name really does say it all.
