After my vehicle service was completed I entered the vehicle and noticed that the warning, vehicle maintenance light was still on had not been reset. It made me skeptical because I questioned whether the work that I paid for was actually done. When I noticed the issue, I went to Mr. Chris Pryor’s desk but he stepped away. Another person saw me waiting, asked if he could help and agreed to reset the maintenance setting. I thanked him and left. As I was driving home, a maintenance screen that I had never seen before popped up directing me to “call the dealer.” That caused me major concern. I immediately drove back to the dealer and let Mr. Chris Pryor know what occurred. He came out to my car and fixed the problem. I also pointed out that the “next maintenance due” sticker that was placed on my window had brakes marked red as if there a problem with them. How could that be when I followed the dealers recommdation to receive new front brake pads and rotors during this service call. Mr. Pryor was very apologetic and corrected the sticker. I then realized that I didn’t receive a courtesy car wash. I pointed that out but unfortunately the car was was closed because it was 5pm on Saturday. Mr. Pryor told me that if I came back that he would see to it that I received a detail. Mr. Pryor provided excellent customer service and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. However, I am not confident that the mechanics performed all of the services that I paid for. There were too many inconsistencies on the part of the mechanics for it to be considered human error.
Ms. Simone is an asset to the Lindsay service team. She listened to the problem that I was having, described it accurately for the service crew, and explained their conclusion and recommended actions. In addition, she is personable and welcoming. A true service professional...

Great communications. Explained what could be causing the symptoms I was experiencing and called to let me know what was found. Sent several emails making sure I didn't have any additional questions. Had car ready for me to pickup well before time I stated I wanted it to avoid rush hour traffic.
