As always Tammy is the best! Her willingness to be patient and explanatory about the recommended work on my vehicle leaves me feeling a little more knowledgeable than when I walked in. I like that she does not just spout out the work to be done but she takes the time to ensure that I am making an informed decision before approving any recommendations from the technicians.
Peter is great! Incredibly professional and went out of his way to take care of my needs. For example, there was a new problem after I picked up my car following repairs, and unlike what most people expect when something new happens to one’s car after repairs are done, Peter admitted that this is something that has happened before and made it easy for me schedule bringing the car back and getting me a loaner vehicle as a result of the inconvenience to me. This is the kind of Grade A+ service that makes Lexus, and Peter, stand out!
