He was extremely polite and excellent in customer service. I was not happy that Lexus was unable to identify the problem with my vehicle, however Frederick and the Foreman I worked with were patient and made every effort to make sure I felt understood and heard. Overall excellent customer service.

James Wood's has been my service coordinator since purchasing my Lexus RX330. He's kind, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with.
I was not properly informed before, during and after service was complete. I wasn’t oriented about the car rental process. It took about an hour there just to drop off the car and get the rental. I was told I was going to be called for pick up my car and I was not called. When I called the service center they told me they didn’t know why I wasn’t called but that they were going to close early and I would have to wait another day to pick up my car.
Mr. Le explained the problems identified, those ruled out, and the resolution provided. He communicated on a moment to moment basis by text, email
and by phone. I don’t think I could have asked for better service from him.
