Ms. Wells is an asset to Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria, and if a higher position in the Service Department becomes available she should surely be given attention for that position.
I’m more so disappointed with the Lexus Brand and dealing with noise issues from my certified used car that I’ve only had for 4 months. I’m not happy with the fact that I have to take my car back to another Lexus dealer to help resolve an issue and that all service centers aren’t universal for car maintenance and repairs. Also my car was not washed after my service.
Roger is great! If I keep my Lexus or lease another one, Roger and Lindsey Lexus service will be a large factor.
